For over 15 years, Michael served as the Manager of Plastics Production Engineering, a pivotal role at one of the world’s most respected manufacturing giants. In this capacity, he was responsible for a vast domain of production, from advanced quality planning and root cause analysis to full-scale operations management. His deep, hands-on mastery of methodologies like DMAIC and APQP ensured not just efficiency, but a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
His foundational years as a Senior Engineer at Mitsubishi Motors, combined with his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Illinois State University, forged a unique perspective that is both technically rigorous and pragmatically applied.
